How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Well i grew up working with computers all my life from age 7 and started programming at age 9 on a old Apple II, Yeah a Apple II before computers had hard drives. At age 19 I worked for Intel as a Head engineer designing Intel CPUs. After 2 years i started Bit By Bit Computer Services. Originally located in Fairfax, Virginia.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We at Bit By Bit Computer Services strive to offer the best service and pricing in all the east coast. All of our technicians are highly trained and a the best in the field, most of them hold doctoring s in computer engineering and computer science.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have 4 secure locations throughout northern Alabama. And we are still growing rapidly.

We come to you, in home, or at your business location, our technicians can also pickup your computer or device for repair at our high security facilities.
