How long have you been in business?
Techni-Core Corporation has been inbusiness since 1978, and Techni-Core Network Services was incorporated in 1998.
What is your primary product or service?
Network Consulting services for all sizes of commercial customers.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We offer degreed Engineers - our employees must have a BS in Engineering, Math or Science to be considered for recruitment. On top of that, they must hold a completed Microsoft Certified System Engineer (or equivalent) certification. Now, we also require Security + and Cisco! Our desire is to only offer our customers REAL Engineers as opposed to Network Technicians. The difference is understanding the difference between "troubleshooting" and "trial and error." Trial and error is never tolerated at Techni-Core as it is a "put several band-aids on the problem until it goes away." Then the problem may be momentarily addressed, but the fix can't be repeated as you aren't sure which band-aid worked. What an Engineer is trained to do is to work backwards until you find the problem and apply one solution. Then the fix is documented and proven!
